The King is a project for a mixed use building in Leeds,UK.Our proposal was to superimpose different functions.
The public space which dips into the river is overwhelmed by two floors of activities and four floors of glazed ballon-frame which hosts the offices. The king's crown on the top hosts patio penthouses. A water-mill to produces energy from the river flows.
